Flat-rate cleaning for apartments, condos, and offices across Tribeca, Manhattan. Vetted crews, published pricing, 7-day scheduling.
about us
Tribeca is one of Manhattan’s most expensive ZIP codes — a neighborhood of converted warehouses, designated loft buildings, and new luxury construction where residents expect vendors to be professional, punctual, and consistently excellent. Cleaning Chief has served Tribeca since 2020. Our crews carry COIs, respect building elevator time windows, and return the same vetted team on every visit. Flat rates, no hidden fees.

We use EPA Safer Choice products for kitchens, bathrooms, and floors.
Every service has a published flat rate. No hourly meter. You see the exact number before you book.

Our teams cover Tribeca on the same schedule we run across Manhattan. Weekly maintenance, deep cleans, move-in and move-out turnovers, post-renovation cleanup, carpet and couch care, tile and grout work, floor buffing, window washing, and Airbnb turnovers are on our published flat-rate card. For landlord and tenant turnover questions, see NYS HCR Fact Sheet 9 for the renter-side standard.
Pricing is flat. The number you see online is the number on your invoice. If your building has specific access rules, elevator windows, service-entrance requirements, or Certificate of Insurance filings, tell us when you book and we’ll plan around it.

Tribeca’s defining feature isn’t its cast-iron facades or cobblestone streets, it’s square footage. Former textile and manufacturing buildings converted into single-floor lofts routinely run 2,500 to 5,000 square feet with no interior walls dictating room size, which means a “one-bedroom” here can be larger than a full apartment elsewhere in Manhattan. That scale changes the math on a cleaning visit. A crew working a Tribeca loft isn’t just cleaning more rooms, they’re covering more open floor with fewer natural breaks, which takes a different pace than a compartmentalized layout of the same total size.
The neighborhood’s landmark status adds another layer. Much of Tribeca sits inside a historic district, and buildings here often preserve original cast-iron columns, wide-plank pine floors, and oversized factory windows that can’t be replaced with lower-maintenance modern materials even during a renovation. That means the surfaces our crews work around tend to be original, sometimes a century old, and worth handling with more care than standard.
Tribeca’s transformation from manufacturing district to residential neighborhood happened fast enough that it’s still visible — cobblestone streets built for freight wagons now see strollers and school pickup lines. The neighborhood has one of the highest concentrations of young families in downtown Manhattan, drawn partly by the loft layouts that suit larger households and partly by nearby schools. More kids and larger households in more square footage adds up to more surface area needing attention, which is part of why weekly service is common here even in buildings where a single professional a few blocks away might get by with biweekly.
Tribeca’s western edge runs along Hudson River Park, and ground-floor and lower-level units near the esplanade see more foot traffic dust and outdoor debris tracked in than units set further from the water. Buildings closer to the park tend to need more frequent entryway and floor attention, something worth flagging when setting a cleaning cadence for a unit in that stretch of the neighborhood.
