Who can join

Residential customers with an active recurring home cleaning schedule: weekly, every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks or every 4 weeks. This includes customers whose first service with us was a specialty service (such as couch, carpet, floor, tile or window cleaning) and who then start home cleaning. Commercial and janitorial accounts are not part of this program. You pay per visit, after each visit (see our Terms and Conditions §4).

1. Starter offer

If you start a recurring schedule within 60 days of your first service with us, your first 3 scheduled home cleanings are $25 off each, in place of the standard recurring discount on those visits. If the standard recurring discount on a visit is more than $25, you get the standard discount instead.

• One starter offer per household.
• It can’t be combined with other promotions, except the referral credit.

2. Deep clean reward

While your schedule is active, every 10th completed scheduled cleaning, or every 6 months on schedule if you reach that first, we upgrade one scheduled visit to a deep clean at no extra cost: you pay your regular visit price.

What the deep clean includes: the same service as our regular Deep Cleaning. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, inside cabinets and interior windows are not included; you can add them to that visit at the usual price.

• How we count: completed scheduled cleanings, including starter-offer visits. One-time extras don’t count. The count restarts after each reward.
• Breaks: a break of more than 45 days between visits restarts the count.
• Existing customers: the count starts on November 1, 2026.
• Notice: we text you at least 7 days before your deep clean. You can keep your regular cleaning instead, at no charge, any time before your cleaning professional is dispatched.
• Add-ons on that visit are charged at normal prices.

3. Swap option

Instead of the deep clean, you can choose one of these, up to your swap amount (stated in your reward text):

• couch or upholstery steam cleaning;
• carpet or rug steam cleaning;
• floor buffing;
• exterior window cleaning.

• Book within 90 days of your reward notice. It covers one service on one visit.
• We quote the full price first. You pay anything above your swap amount. Sales tax is charged on the reduced price.
• Leftovers: any unused amount doesn’t carry over.
• Exterior windows: exterior window cleaning depends on a building access and safety check by our window technicians.

4. General

• Rewards have no cash value and can’t be transferred, refunded or converted to credit.
• If you cancel your schedule, rewards you haven’t reached yet end. A reward we’ve already notified you of is honored for its stated window.
• We may change or end the program with 30 days’ notice. Rewards already notified are honored.
