Cookies Policy
Effective date: April 28, 2026
At a glance
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website to make it work, remember what you’ve told us, understand how the site is used, and deliver relevant ads. You decide which non-essential cookies to allow when you first arrive, and you can change your mind anytime through the Cookie Preferences link in our footer or your browser settings.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it automatically as an opt-out of advertising and sharing cookies. No banner click required.
Questions: privacy@cleaningchief.com or (332) 232-3422.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores on your device. Cookies let a site remember things about your visit (like your language preference) and recognize you when you come back. Similar technologies — pixels, web beacons, local storage, mobile SDKs — work in similar ways. We use the word “cookies” throughout this policy to cover all of them.
2. Categories we use
Strictly necessary. These make the website work. Without them you can’t book a service, log into your account, or check out. We don’t ask for consent on these because the website would be broken without them.
Performance and analytics. These tell us how visitors use the site — which pages are popular, where visitors come from, where things break. We use this to fix problems and improve the experience. Non-essential.
Functional. These remember your preferences (language, region, recent searches) so you don’t have to re-enter them. Non-essential.
Advertising and targeting. These help us measure ad campaigns and serve relevant ads on other sites. We work with Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and similar networks. Under California law, the use of these is considered “sharing” — see §7 and our Privacy Policy §California Residents. Non-essential.
3. Cookies we use
The list below reflects the cookies we use as of the effective date. We update it periodically; the most current version lives in the Cookie Preferences Center accessible from our website footer.

4. How we ask for and record your consent
When you first visit our website you’ll see a cookie banner. The banner gives you three equally available choices:
- Accept all — allow all categories.
- Reject all — allow only strictly necessary cookies. This option is presented with the same visual prominence as Accept all.
- Manage preferences — choose category by category.
We record your choice in the cc_consent cookie and don’t load non-essential cookies until you’ve made it. If you don’t make a choice, we treat that as “reject all” until you do.
You can change your mind at any time through Cookie Preferences in our website footer.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we automatically opt you out of advertising and sharing cookies, regardless of any prior banner choice.
5. Browser-level controls
You can also manage cookies in your browser:
- Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data.
- Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data.
- Safari — Preferences → Privacy.
- Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies.
For opt-out tools that cover multiple advertising networks at once:
- Network Advertising Initiative — optout.networkadvertising.org
- Digital Advertising Alliance — optout.aboutads.info
- Your Ad Choices (mobile) — aboutads.info/appchoices
Disabling cookies may cause parts of the website not to work. Strictly necessary cookies can’t be turned off through our banner, but you can block them in your browser at the cost of breaking the site.
6. Third-party cookies
Some of the cookies above are set by third parties (Google, Meta, Stripe, etc.). Those third parties have their own privacy notices, which govern how they use the data they collect. We don’t control those notices. Links:
- Google — policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta — facebook.com/privacy/policy
- Stripe — stripe.com/privacy
7. California residents
For California residents, our use of advertising and targeting cookies counts as “sharing” under the CPRA. You have the right to opt out. The simplest ways:
- Click Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information in our website footer (links into our Privacy Policy).
- Use the cookie banner or Cookie Preferences Center to reject advertising cookies.
- Set a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We honor it automatically.
For the full California rights summary, see our Privacy Policy §11.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to how we use cookies, we’ll update this policy and ask you to refresh your consent through the cookie banner. Non-material changes take effect when posted. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent update.
