What Is Included in Our Janitorial Service

About Janitorial Service
Janitorial service is a standing routine, not a cleaning appointment. It is built for spaces that get used hard every day: offices, retail stores and showrooms, studios and fitness spaces, medical and dental practices, and other commercial properties. Every plan starts with a walkthrough of the property. From it we draft a custom checklist for your space, and the service is that checklist, completed visit after visit. There is no standard package and no size limit. A small office and a large retail floor each get a plan built for them. A quieter office that needs a lighter touch is usually better served by office cleaning.
Most plans call for several visits a week. Every day, every other day and weekend days are all possible. Visits happen in the evening, after your space closes, and finish by about 7:30 PM. Overnight visits are available on request.
- Restroom cleaning and restocking every visit
- Breakroom and kitchen cleaning: counters, appliance fronts, trash
- Desk and work-surface wiping, without moving papers or devices
- Meeting room reset, whiteboards left as they are
- Floors dust-mopped and damp-mopped, carpets vacuumed where in scope
- Touch-point cleaning and disinfection: door handles, switches, shared equipment
- A custom checklist for your property, attached to your order
- A locked cleaning station, installed with the first visit
Matching Janitorial Service to How Your Space Actually Runs
A boutique on Bleecker Street and a dental clinic in Midtown don’t need the same cleaning schedule just because they’re both commercial spaces. What drives the right frequency is foot traffic and risk, not square footage.
Frequency Isn’t One-Size-Fits-All
Retail and storefront spaces generally do well with nightly or every-other-night service, since floors and glass take a visible beating from foot traffic during business hours and need a reset before the next opening. A standard office running a normal 9-to-5 often gets by on three or four nights a week, since desks and common areas accumulate mess at a slower, more predictable pace. Medical and dental practices sit at the busy end, with patients moving through the waiting room and restroom all day. We clean the front office, waiting room, restrooms and break room. We never enter operatories, exam rooms or sterilization areas, never handle sharps or medical waste, and never open or move records. Every cleaner is bound by a written confidentiality agreement.
Getting this wrong in either direction costs money. Over-scheduling a low-traffic office burns budget on visits that don’t move the needle. Under-scheduling a busy retail floor shows up fast, in worn entryways and streaked glass that make a business look neglected before a customer even reaches the counter. That is why every plan starts with a walkthrough. We suggest a starting cadence when we write the scope, then adjust it after the first visits.
A Routine That Holds Up in Week Ten
A routine only works if it stays sharp after the novelty wears off. Daily essentials are done on every visit: restrooms, kitchenette, touch points, trash and floors. Deeper items such as baseboards and restroom walls rotate through the week and the month, so the whole space gets attention on a schedule, not only when someone notices. The checklist stays the same whoever is cleaning. You get a regular cleaner and a backup who has worked your site, and if anyone else is coming, we tell you first. For floors that need more than a damp mop, floor care picks up where the routine leaves off.

A Locked Cleaning Station, Installed With Your First Visit
Most cleaning vendors show up with whatever products they have in the car. Our janitorial service works differently. With the first visit, we install a company-owned cleaning station at your site: a compact cart with lock boxes holding professional products and tools. Everything inside is measured, labeled and kept locked. Nothing sits open in your closet, and the cleaner arrives with nothing to bring.
Same Kit, Every Visit
The station stays our property, and we restock it ourselves on a regular schedule through a separate restock visit, with before and after photos. It is the same kit on every visit, whoever is cleaning. The one-time setup charge appears as its own line in your quote.
Restroom Supplies: Your Call

Three-step method and products by surface
Assess
The cleaner looks at the space and the condition of each area before starting.
Clean
Every surface is cleaned first, because a disinfectant does not work through dirt. The CDC’s guidance on cleaning and disinfecting facilities makes the same point.
Disinfect
Touch points and fixtures that need it are disinfected, with the product left on for its full contact time.
| Surface | Product |
|---|---|
| Restrooms | A descaler for toilets, urinals, sinks and fixtures, to remove scale and buildup |
| Kitchenettes and food areas | Food-safe degreasers |
| General areas and touch points | A neutral, no-rinse disinfectant |
| Floors | A neutral pH floor cleaner that is safe for the finish |
| Glass | A streak-free, ammonia-free glass cleaner |
All of it lives in the locked station, measured, labeled and the same from visit to visit. Color-coded cloths keep restroom cloths out of the kitchen, and each area gets a fresh floor pad.
How You Know It Was Done
With several visits a week, you should not have to check the work. Verification here is a system with layers.GPS clock-in and clock-out
Every visit is time-stamped and location-logged in our system.
A photo report for every visit
The cleaner photographs each area at the end. You can open the report any time in your online portal. Station restock visits are photographed too.
Every exit photo is reviewed
A dispatcher on call checks the finishing photos remotely, every visit, every day.
A checklist on every property
Your custom checklist is attached to your order, and cleaners follow it item by item.
Supervisor checks in person
A supervisor visits sites around the city to check on performance.
A team lead on larger properties
When a property needs a team, a team leader is assigned to the cleaners on every visit.

Janitorial Service Pricing
Flat rates for Janitorial Service in NYC and NJ
RETAIL OR STOREFRONT
Ideal for salons, boutiques, small retail
DAYCARE / MEDICAL CLINIC
High-traffic, high-sensitivity spaces
Your price comes from your custom plan: one price per visit for the checklist, agreed before we start and shown before NYC sales tax. What moves it: the number of restrooms, floor types, the size of the space, visits per week, the time window and your supplies choice. The cleaning station setup is a one-time line in the quote. Because janitorial is a standing routine, most customers budget by the month. You can sign a service agreement and be billed monthly or every two weeks, by invoice and ACH, so your accounting team sees one predictable charge. Or pay per visit, with the card on file charged after each visit. A W-9 is available on request. There is no long-term commitment. Visits can be rescheduled, postponed or cancelled online in your portal, within our cancellation policy.
