Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
Yes. No contract and no minimum term. If you cancel an individual visit, our standard tiered cancellation fee applies: 25% before the day prior, 50% the day before, 100% the same day. Pausing the subscription for up to 60 days carries no fee at all.How does the free deep clean every 6 months work?
Every six months, we run a full deep clean of your home. Baseboards, vents, behind and inside appliances, cabinet interiors, grout scrubbing, detail work. It is automatically scheduled and costs you nothing extra while you are enrolled.What if I need to reschedule or postpone a cleaning?
Text your cleaning manager directly. Forty-eight hours’ notice and there is no fee. Members are prioritized on the reschedule list.Can I customize tasks for each visit?

We built the deep clean into the plan because it keeps homes from gradually declining between standard visits. It is not a credit we can trade out.
