We use EPA Safer Choice products for kitchens, bathrooms, and floors.
Every service has a published flat rate. No hourly meter. You see the exact number before you book.

Our teams cover Garment District on the same schedule we run across Manhattan. Weekly maintenance, deep cleans, move-in and move-out turnovers, post-renovation cleanup, carpet and couch care, tile and grout work, floor buffing, window washing, and Airbnb turnovers are on our published flat-rate card. For asthma-sensitive homes we follow American Lung Association guidance on cleaning products and indoor air.
Pricing is flat. The number you see online is the number on your invoice. If your building has specific access rules, elevator windows, service-entrance requirements, or Certificate of Insurance filings, tell us when you book and we’ll plan around it.

The Garment District earned its name on Seventh Avenue, where fabric wholesalers, showrooms and workshops filled the buildings from the mid-30s to the low 40s. Rolling racks still move down the sidewalks, delivery trucks idle at loading docks and fabric dust drifts through the air in ways that residents of most other neighborhoods never see. Apartments here, mostly in newer towers and converted buildings, sit above and beside all of it.
That setting leaves a mark on apartments. Fine lint and dust come in through windows, elevators and the lobby, and settle on baseboards, vents and the tops of furniture. Street-level activity adds soot and exhaust, so windowsills and balcony doors collect film faster than on a residential block. Cleaning visits here spend extra time on dust: vents, ceiling corners, window tracks and the surfaces residents rarely reach. Regular service keeps the buildup manageable instead of letting it reach the point where it takes a full reset to undo.
Penn Station, Herald Square and the Port Authority sit within walking distance, which makes the district a base for people who commute in from New Jersey and Long Island, or who travel for work. Plenty of residents are away for days at a time. Apartments stay empty and dust builds up in their absence, so many choose a visit timed to their return, and a reset the day before arrival is one of the most practical ways to use a cleaning service here. Others keep a recurring schedule that runs whether they are home or not, with building access arranged ahead of time.
The district has gained residential towers in recent years, adding amenity floors and doormen to blocks that once held only workshops. Those buildings are modern, with glass, stainless steel and engineered floors, and they sit on industrial streets with heavy truck traffic and early deliveries. Crews coordinate with front desks and freight elevators, and plan arrival around delivery windows. Larger buildings usually ask for a Certificate of Insurance, and the paperwork is in place before the first visit. Older buildings across the street follow a different rhythm, with fewer rules and more stairs, and crews adapt to both in the same day.
