Flat-rate cleaning for brownstones, apartments, and offices across Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Vetted crews, published pricing, 7-day scheduling.
about us
Williamsburg’s transformation from an industrial neighborhood to one of Brooklyn’s most expensive is reflected in its building stock — former factory buildings converted to loft apartments, new glass condos along the waterfront, older tenement buildings occupied by longtime residents, and a Hasidic community that maintains its own distinct residential section. Cleaning Chief has served Williamsburg since 2020. Flat rates, consistent crews, COI available.

We use EPA Safer Choice products for kitchens, bathrooms, and floors.
Every service has a published flat rate. No hourly meter. You see the exact number before you book.

Our teams cover Williamsburg on the same schedule we run across Brooklyn. Weekly maintenance, deep cleans, move-in and move-out turnovers, post-renovation cleanup, carpet and couch care, tile and grout work, floor buffing, window washing, and Airbnb turnovers are on our published flat-rate card. Carpet work follows the IICRC S100 carpet cleaning standard for extraction, drying, and soil management.
Pricing is flat. The number you see online is the number on your invoice. If your building has specific access rules, elevator windows, service-entrance requirements, or Certificate of Insurance filings, tell us when you book and we’ll plan around it.

Williamsburg isn’t one housing market, it’s three sitting side by side. The waterfront strip along Kent and Wythe carries glass condo towers with amenities and views that rival anything in Manhattan. A few blocks inland, the North Side’s former factory buildings hold loft conversions with the wide floors and high ceilings that drew the neighborhood’s early wave of residents. South of Broadway, older tenement buildings house a mix of longtime residents and one of Brooklyn’s largest Hasidic communities, with its own religious and community institutions woven through the blocks. A cleaning route through Williamsburg can cover all three in a single day, and almost nothing about the buildings, access, or resident expectations carries over from one to the next.
That variety means we don’t approach a Williamsburg booking with one standard building profile in mind. A waterfront high-rise means doorman check-in and elevator scheduling similar to Manhattan. A loft conversion means large open floors and industrial windows. An older walk-up means narrower stairwells and original tile that’s had decades to accumulate grime standard visits don’t reach.
Buildings directly on the East River see conditions Manhattan apartments rarely deal with — salt air, higher humidity off the water, and floor-to-ceiling glass that shows water spots and film faster than interior-facing windows do. Waterfront units also tend to get more direct sun exposure through unobstructed river-facing glass, which means dust and pet hair show up more visibly on dark floors and furniture than in a shaded interior apartment.
Williamsburg’s concentration of bars, music venues, and restaurants along Bedford and Metropolitan Avenues shapes a lot of resident schedules toward later mornings and later cleaning windows than a typical 9-to-5 neighborhood. Recurring service booked for early afternoon rather than early morning is more common here than in most of the neighborhoods we serve, something worth flagging when setting up a regular schedule for a Williamsburg apartment.
