4. What If I Need to Reschedule or Postpone a Cleaning?

We understand that plans change. With Cleaning Concierge, rescheduling or postponing your cleanings is easy. Simply send us a quick message via WhatsApp, and we’ll adjust your schedule to suit your needs. There are no penalties or extra fees for rescheduling, and we’ll find the next best time for you.

5. What Services Are Included in the Subscription?

The subscription covers your regular cleanings, and as a Concierge member, you’ll also receive discounts on all other services we offer.
